Sassy 009 joins forces with Blood Orange on new single, "Tell Me"

“This song has been sitting with me for a few years. It all started with a particular mood but I couldn’t quite seem to finish the song. I had the idea to send it over to Dev. I’ve been waiting for the moment for us to make a song together ever since we met in Amsterdam back in 2019, and I really couldn’t hear anyone else but him on it. I'm so happy I followed my gut," Sunniva Lindgård shares of the new single under her solo project, Sassy 009.

Dreamer+ is Lindgård's first full-length departure from Sassy 009's original formation as a trio, following her mixtape Heart Ego released in 2021. She will also be touring the UK/EU next year, including a performance at The Lower Third in London (12 February).

This marks Blood Orange's — the project of English singer-songwriter and producer Devonté Hynes — first collaboration since the release of his fifth album Essex Honey in August, which saw him collaborate with artists including Lorde and Caroline Polacheck. Hynes is presently touring alongside the UK/EU and North America alongside Lorde and Turnstile in support of the album.
