Rock for People adds Knocked Loose, Alexisonfire, Militarie Gun to Iron Maiden-headlined fifth day
Rock for People festival will stage a special fifth day dedicated to heavy music in 2026, headlined by British metal icons Iron Maiden.
The standalone event, scheduled for Sunday, 14 June at Park 360 in Hradec Králové, Czechia, follows the festival’s main four-day programme and presents the iconic British band alongside supported by a cross-generational line-up of hard rock and metal acts.
The newly announced wave of artists includes Grammy-nominated hardcore band Knocked Loose, Los Angeles hardcore group Militarie Gun, Liverpool’s experimental metal group Loathe, and Canadian post-hardcore act Alexisonfire. Legendary heavy metal pioneers Saxon are also announced alongside Florence Black, BLACKGOLD, Rain City Drive, Scene Queen and Man With A Mission.
They join a heavy music line-up that includes the previously announced Alter Bridge, Queensrÿche, and God Is An Astronaut.
Festival director Luděk Motyčka explains the day is designed to offer more than a standard headline set: “It's not just about one star, but a dramaturgically thought-out day connecting metal legends with bands that are shaping the current hard music scene."
The festival, which enters its 31st year this June, will introduce a new infrastructure, including seating stands at the main stage. for Iron Maiden fans, include tastings of the band’s Trooper beer and a special branded wine.
