Real Estate have teased fans with a video revealing that they're in Nashville working on a new album.
Yesterday (13 February) on Instagram, Real Estate shared a video from the studio and wrote, "Not tracking a new record in Nashville ...." One fan commented, "but not not tracking one either ?" Another added, "When I should not except that not album?"
They haven't released new music since their 2021 EP Half a Human, although they did share a cover of Television's "Days" in October 2021.
Real Estate's most recent album The Main Thing arrived in February 2020.
