Phoebe Bridgers debuts new songs at first show in three years
Phoebe Bridgers played her first solo show in almost three years last night at The Liberty in Roswell, New Mexico, with a short that included new material from her next album.
During the performance – which took place in front of an alien themed stage with neon-painted figures – Bridgers was joined by Christian Lee Hutson and explained that the show was a "test" for upcoming live performances. Bridgers played four new songs according to fans, with one reportedly about the death of her father who passed away in 2023.
Fans attending also report receiving a letter in their yondr pouches containing a random part of a (possibly) Chris Riddell-illustration and are speculating that together they form the artwork for Bridgers next album cover. Riddell was behind the booklet for Bridgers last record Punisher.

X/Twitter also reports that Bridgers' beloved rescue pug Maxine made an appearance during the set.
New merch at the show included what many believe are possible lyrics from a new song: "Now I can't see any stars in the sky / When a dreams comes true, a fantasy dies... / But we're gonna be alright me and you."
After the show, Bridgers met fans and signed autographs.
Check out the setlist below:
Bridgers' last public appearance before the Roswell show was with boygenius in February 2024 ahead of the Grammys, where the trio won multiple awards. Since then, she's taken an extended break from public performances.
