Phoebe Bridgers appears on The Tonight Show for surprise performance of "Lost Boys"
Ahead of the release of her third album Lost Weekend, singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform her single, "Lost Boys".
In the final minutes of the long-running late-night talk show, following an introduction from host Jimmy Fallon, Bridgers took the stage as the series' first-ever surprise musical guest — accompanied by a band of young musicians. This was the television debut of "Lost Boys", which dropped last month alongside the news of the new album.
“Lost Boys” was co-produced by Bridgers, Tony Berg, Ethan Gruska, Jack Antonoff and Alex G, with Bridgers’ Boygenius bandmates Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus providing additional vocals. Lost Weekend will be her first solo album since 2020’s Punisher. The album's release will be followed by an arena tour kicking off in September in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bridgers will make her way to the UK in November for a short run of dates, with support from former Black Country, New Road vocalist Isaac Wood, and London singer-songwriter Anaïs.
Lost Weekend is released on 14 August via Dead Oceans
