Phoebe Bridgers announces worldwide Lost Weekend planetarium experience
Phoebe Bridgers has announced that she will be debuting her third album, Lost Weekend, in planetariums across the world beginning on Monday, 10 August.
Multiple screenings will take place in select planetariums in North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, until the album's release on 14 August. The listening events will be phone and camera free, with each session pairing the album with one of two visual demonstrations: a custom dome show, designed by renowned night-sky photographer Babak Tafreshi, or a unique immersive laser show designed by Laser Fantasy.
On Thursday, 13 August, over three hundred standard listening events will be taking place globally. The midnight parties are scheduled for the US, Canada, Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay, with more details on how to attend available here.
