
Patti Smith to perform her 1975 album, Horses, in full at the London Palladium
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of her debut album, Horses, Patti Smith will perform the seminal work in full on 12-13 October at the London Palladium.
Fifty years from its release in 1975, Patti Smith will honour the longevity and lasting influence of Horses with a series of special shows performing the album in its entirety.
She will be accompanied by two members of the original group, Lenny Kaye and Jay Dee Daugherty, along with keyboardist/bassist Tony Shanahan, a part of her band for thirty years. Jackson Smith also joins on guitar. The concerts have been set for seven cities in Europe: Dublin, Madrid, Bergamo, London, Brussels, Oslo and Paris. Nine cities in the US: Seattle, Oakland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia.

Pre-sale begins on 12 January at 9am local time, before general sale begins on 14 February via crosstownconcerts.com.
