Opus Kink share new song, "Will It Come For You?"
Opus Kink have released "Will It Come For You?", the newest single from their upcoming debut album, The Sweet Goodbye.
"Will It Come For You?" follows previous singles "The Head Tree" featuring The New Eves, title track "The Sweet Goodbye", and "Come Over, Do Me Wrong", as a wonk-pop track which confronts disillusionment with the world.
Speaking about the single, singer and guitarist Angus Rogers says, “‘Will It Come For You?’ is a song about searching for your function in the world, the fear that there might not be one, and the sense of an encroaching fate different and maybe more terrible than you had imagined. It’s also about becoming more jaded, more afraid that the world will find ways to dash your hopes, and wondering if you can break through that and discover new ways to live within the ascribed hellscape!”
The Sweet Goodbye is released on 31 July via So Recordings
