Oasis reassure adulterous fans: "It doesn’t matter to us who you’re mingling with, tinkering with, fingering with"

During their hometown show at Manchester’s Heaton Park on Sunday evening, Oasis vocalist Liam Gallagher weighed in on the Coldplay jumbotron 'kiss cam' discourse.

Last week a video surfaced of a couple at a Coldplay concert seemingly confirming that they were having an affair. The pair were shown on the jumbotron 'kiss cam' looking loved up and cosy, but as they notice themselves on the big screen, they separate and hide their faces. As expected, this has gone viral online, and has led to other artists getting involved in the conversation.

"If we got any lovebirds in the house, don’t worry, we ain’t got any of that Coldplay snidey fucking camera shit," Liam Gallagher said to the crowd at Heaton Park. "It doesn’t matter to us who you’re fucking mingling with, tinkering with, fingering with. None of our fucking business."

Aware of the controversy he caused, and seemingly wanting to avoid being semi-responsible for the demise of other relationships, Chris Martin humorously warned fans ahead of the jumbotron segment at Coldplay's show at Camp Randall Stadium, Wisconsin, over the weekend.

"Listen, We’d like to say hello to some of you in the crowd. How we’re gonna do that is we’re going to use our cameras and put some of you on a big screen. So please, if you haven’t done your makeup, do your makeup now," Martin said, and was met with a round of applause.

Coldplay and Oasis are both in the midst of touring. For more information on their live dates, visit coldplay.com and oasisinet.com.
