Nubya Garcia announces Odyssey album exhibition and immersive experiences
Composer and saxophonist Nubya Garcia will celebrate the release of her forthcoming album Odyssey with a unique, week-long exhibition and series of immersive listening experiences in central London.
The free exhibition - KEF & Nubya Garcia present: The Making Of Odyssey - takes place from 20-28 September at the KEF Music Gallery London; an events space spanning 5,000 square feet over two floors. Visitors will be able to enjoy guided explorations of the Odyssey album throughout the week. Personally curated by Garcia, fans will be be able to explore a collection of album artwork and photography in the Atelier Room, watch an exclusive documentary about the process of making the album in the comfort of The Living Room, and hear tracks from the epic album and browse exclusive merchandise in The Gallery space.
Additionally, there will be the opportunity to book dedicated, timed slots to sit and enjoy an immersive audio listening experience and hear Odyssey in its entirety. The immersive sessions will take place in KEF’s state-of-the-art Ultimate Experience Room, which is equipped with an exceptional 9.14.4 Dolby Atmosphere surround system comprised of KEF’s flagship Muon HiFi speakers, Ci Reference in-wall speakers and KC92 Subwoofers. These free sessions include a child-friendly listening day where families with young children can experience Odyssey in a more relaxed setting.
