Noah Yorke shares his new song “Cerebral Key”
Noah Yorke, the son of Radiohead's Thom Yorke, has released the first single from a forthcoming EP of the same name.
“Cerebral Key” is Yorke's first release of 2023. Previously he shared the 2022 standalone singles “It’s Been a Long Time” and “Lucky Black Cat", which followed his 2021 debut, "Trying Too Hard (Lullaby)".
Taking to his Instagram, Yorke announced that "Cerebral Key" is the first single to be released from a forthcoming eponymous EP, and marked new period for him, musically.
"i worked in a studio with @msmithryprecordings [Michael Smith], my first time in a studio for my own work :) it was a great experience, and i am proud of the results. it has been a reflective and formative process to write and record this project for you, and i hope you enjoy it."
When not focusing on his solo output, Yorke is also one half of the post-genre duo Hex Girlfriend. He also previously helped record drums on the Suspiria soundtrack.
"Cerebral Key" is out now.
