Nick Cave's Grinderman project is set to reissue their full discography
Grinderman, untamed side of Bad Seeds Nick Cave, Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey and Jim Sclavunos, have announced that they will reissue their full discography later this year.
Grinderman was born in 2005 when the four teamed up with the aim to create a more primal sound which would diverge from that of The Bad Seeds, and lean more into Nick Cave's post-punk project, The Birthday Party.
Grinderman, the visceral and untamed four piece made up of Bad Seeds Nick Cave, Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey and Jim Sclavunos, will reissue their full discography on 18th July 2025, on eco-conscious black vinyl and digisleeve CD editions.

In 2007, the debut album, Grinderman, which features the singles "No Pussy Blues“ and “Get It On” was released. Taking time out again from The Bad Seeds in 2009, Grinderman reconvened to record the 2010 album, Grinderman 2, which explored a more psychedelic territory than its predecessor. Grinderman 2 RMX followed two years later as a bold reinterpretation, and featured collaborations with Robert Fripp, Josh Homme, UNKLE, Nick Zinner and others.
The reissues will be released on 18 July, and are available to pre-order via nickcave.com.
