MUNA cover Céline Dion's "My Heart Will Go On"
MUNA are the latest act to take part in triple j's Like A Version series, and played a cover of Céline Dion's "My Heart Will Go On".
After completing their run of Australian shows supporting Lorde earlier this month, MUNA stopped by triple j to take part in the ongoing Like A Version series, and chose to cover Céline Dion's "My Heart Will Go On".
The trio also spoke about their choice of cover with triple j. Katie Gavin said, "This song is a song that I have always loved, and it took us a while to figure out. Originally we thought we were going to do a dance version of this song, but the we decided to do more of a folk version. So it kind of went through a couple iterations. Yeah, we love Céline and we thought it was time to give her her flowers so we really are glad that we made this song work."
Just last month Kelly Clarkson performed a cover of MUNA's "Stayaway" for the Kellyoke segment of her daytime TV show.
