Melville House to release The Last Interview book with Sinead O'Connor
Sinead O'Connor is the latest artist to be remembered in the Melville House series, Sinéad O'Connor: The Last Interview & Other ConversationsIntroduced by Kristin Hersh.
The Last Interview and Other Conversations series offers a remarkably look at some of the world’s leading innovative writers and cultural figures by gathering conversations from throughout an artist’s career and collecting them in one volume. Previous figures included in the series include Bell Hooks, Joan Didion, Kurt Cobain, Johnny Cash, Frida Khalo, and Anthony Bourdain.
This collection covers the entire span of O'Connor's short life, in her own words. From giddy teenager to seasoned superstar, from her devotion to her children to her consistent and compelling passion for activism.
Last July, it was revealed that Irish acclaimed artist Sinéad O'Connor had passed away aged 56. Earlier this year, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside Cher, Oasis, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Dave Matthews Band and more.
Sinéad O'Connor: The Last Interview & Other Conversations, Introduced by Kristin Hersh will be released on 21 November.
