Mechatok and Robyn join forces on two remixes, “Fembot” and “Expression On Your Face”
The two artists have unveiled new remixes, Mechatok's reimagining of Fembot by Robyn, and Robyn's version of “Expression On Your Face”, featuring Ecco2k & Bladee.
On Mechatok's “Expression On Your Face”, originally released last year, Robyn incorporates her own verses alongside Swedish artists Bladee and Ecco2k — offering a more pop-forward take on the track.
On "Fembot", Mechatok offers a fresh version of Robyn's song, originally released on her 2010 album Body Talk. Ahead of its formal release, Robyn has incorporated the song as part of her live shows to open each night of her arena tour.
Mechatok and Robyn have previously worked together, but reconnected in Berlin this summer for Robyn’s July Uber Arena performance. The pair came together to debut the “Expression On Your Face” remix, with the release marking the continuation of the duo’s collaboration.
“Expression On Your Face (Robyn Remix) and “Fembot (Mechatok Remix)” are out now on Young
