María Zardoya covers Radiohead's "Nude" in first-ever Not For Radio show
The Marias' María Zardoya has covered Radiohead's "Nude", from their 2007 album In Rainbows, in her first live show under solo project Not For Radio.
María Zardoya began teasing the new project back in September, and released her debut album as Not For Radio, Melt, in October. Not For Radio's first tour — a theatre tour designed for a more "intimate" experience with the music — kicked off last night with the first of two shows at Oakland's Fox Theater. The evening saw Zardoya perform all of the songs on Melt, as well as three new tracks, The Marias' "No One Noticed", with her cover of "Nude" coming as a surprise towards the end of the set.
