Makeshift Art Bar share new song, "Discipline"
Belfast quartet Makeshift Art Bar have released "Discipline", the second preview of their upcoming EP, Marionette.
The new 80s industrial-inspired track follows lead single "Chocolate" released in April, and arrives alongside a music video directed by Colin Peppard, which follows the story of a Harry Styles tribute act losing his mind to faded glory and nostalgia.
Speaking about the track, the band share, “Discipline’ is an illustration of the effects of propaganda on an individual within the military-industrial complex. It is horrifying when stripped back to its pure action and not cunningly hidden away as a euphemism. Exposure to this truth is necessary, igniting a flame of moral destruction within this individual, having abandoned his true morals and becoming a cog in the machine of war.”
Marionette is released on 26 June via Heist Or Hit
