Madonna announces her fifteenth album, Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II
Madonna has announced her highly anticipated new album, CONFESSIONS: II, a follow-up to her 2005 release, Confessions On A Dance Floor.
The announcement follows speculation around a new album after fans noticed that the singer wiped her Instagram feed, as well as posters spotted on Brick Lane, in London, teasing a 3 July release date for the new work.
CONFESSIONS: II follows Madonna's return to Warner Records last September, arriving as her first new album since her 2019 release, Madame X. It sees her reunite with Stuart Price, who originally produced Confessions On A Dance Floor.
Madonna revealed their return to the studio with an Instagram reel shared in December, writing: "Working on new music with Stuart Price. these past few months has been medicine for my SOUL. Songwriting and making music is the one area where I don’t need to ask anyone for their permission.. i’m so excited to share it with you. Who wants to hear new music in 2025!"
CONFESSIONS II is released on 3 July via Warner Records
