Loraine James has revived the Whatever The Weather moniker to announce her second eponymous album, alongside the new single, "12°C".
Whatever The Weather reflects an outlet for artistic freedom, unpredictable and changeable, much like the British climate. It’s a separate space from releases under Loraine James' own name, where she can be free to meander through music which is characteristically impressionistic and introspective. The album, presents rich worlds of hypnotic ambient / IDM enriched by mottled rhythms and diaristic field recordings.
