Lizzo unveils new "Special" remix featuring SZA

Back in November last year Lizzo shared a snippet of a new remix of her own “Special” song featuring SZA on socials, after giving the song its live debut during a sold out LA Kia Forum show. A month later it was reported that they have recorded multiple songs together, and now the remix of "Special" with SZA has landed in full.

It marks Lizzo’s first outing since her album of the same name landed in July last year, and follows SZA’s SOS album from December 2022.

Tomorrow (11 February) Lizzo will perform at the 2023 BRIT Awards. She's up for two awards this year, including International Song of the Year and International Artist of the Year. Last weekend she picked up the Record of the Year Grammy Award.
