
Lifeguard share details of debut album, Ripped and Torn
Chicago three-piece Lifeguard have announced the release of their debut album, Ripped and Torn, and shares its first single, "It Will Get Worse".
Their debut album follows the reissue of Crowd Can Talk, which was originally came out in 2022 by Chicago label Born Yesterday. This was backed by Dressed in Trenches, which featured five brand new and unreleased songs from the band. The composite of these two releases marks Lifeguard's debut with Matador.
The band has also announced a full slate of UK/EU and US tour dates, which will kick off in June, including dates in London, Brighton, Manchester and Bristol.
