Lauren Auder joins Max Winter on new track, "Things Can't Stop"
Max Winter has released "Things Can't Stop", featuring London singer-songwriter and producer Lauren Auder, the latest preview of his upcoming collaborative mixtape, Like The Season.
"Things Can't Stop" follows previous singles "Just" featuring Tony Bontana, and "Candlelight" featuring Asha Lorenz, Rael, and Will Lister. The track continues the collaboration between Auder and Winter, who he first met in 2021 while contributing piano to her album, The Infinite Spine.
Discussing the collaboration, Winter says: “I’ve always been a big fan of Lauren’s music, particularly her use of piano. The instrument is central to ‘Things Can’t Stop,’ and it reminded me of her when I first made the demo. I reached out, and we spent several sessions over the course of a year developing the track together.”
Like The Season is released on 21 May via Secret Friend
