A superb way of capping off a super successful year – not only for Yuck and Porcelain Raft – but for the label/blog that discovered both acts. I’m of course talking about Transparent Records who have sneaked this super limited edition 7″ single out just in time for Christmas.
The split single sees Daniel Blumberg of Yuck record a stripped back version of Porcelain Raft’s ‘Despite Everything’, whilst Mauro Remiddi returns the favour and offers up his take on the Yuck live favourite ‘The Wall’. As with all Transparent releases the tracks are available to download for free whilst the 7″ vinyl is available in very limited quantities from Pure Groove priced at £5.
