With their fourth album dropping this week, Yeah Yeah Yeahs are on course to achieve their third consecutive Top 10 charting, as well as their highest position to date.
The Official Charts Company are reporting that Mosquito, released on Monday, is currently number 6 in the UK Albums Chart. This is one position up on 2006′s Show Your Bones and an improvement on their last record It’s Blitz!, which reached ninth spot.
Other new entries expected for the Top 40 include Kid Cudi, Major Lazer, Angel and Iron & Wine, with Ghost On Ghost.
