YACHT have shared the lead single/title track from their upcoming record I Thought The Future Would Be Cooler.
The disco-wrapped track focuses on what you'd probably expect - yesterday's false promise of a better tomorrow. Where are all the robots? Why can't our cars fly yet?
Find out more about the LP in their Billboard interview.
I Thought The Future Would Be Cool is their fifth album in total, and was announced via a drone-shot trailer and a Google Maps pin. It's due for release later this year on Downtown.
Stream the title track below in glorious 4K. It gets a bit strobey towards the end.
