worriedaboutsatan give All This For You… for free!
Well, isn’t this a lovely thing to happy on a Friday morning… A free album of remixes, rarities and random output from one of our favourite electronica artists, worriedaboutsatan. Tom and Gav had this to say:
This is a collection of remixes, bsides, and other bits-and-pieces we’ve collected over the past 4 years.
Some of the tracks (such as ‘An Infinity of Oncoming Lights’) were some of the very first demos we ever put together as a band. Others, (like our remix of White Hinterland’s ‘Icarus’) were finished literally a week ago.One of the best things about making music in a band is having other people reinterpret you music either as a remix, or as a cover version. Friendships are formed across the world over a love of sound, and we’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with some incredible musicians.
Our love of remixing and being remixed came from us hosting the audio for our tracks on our website. We thought we might get a few responses, but the replies were in such a great number that we were actually dealing with more remixes than our own tracks!
So here’s to volume one of our friends and family collection, and also to a hopeful volume two. We’re sure it’ll be as healthy as this one is.
Please show respect for all the participating artists by checking out their websites and social network sites, and purchasing their music if it is to your taste :-)Thank you for listening and supporting us over the past few years. All of these tracks are for you.
