Wild Nothing confirmed as first release for new boutique label “Warmest Chord”
Described as a “treasure chest of a label designed to delight fellow music lovers and collectors”, Warmest Chord a new London based boutique label launches today. With a slight twist on the usual record label ethic, Warmest Chord will package their releases with a specially commissioned piece of artwork, designed by an up and coming artist.
Warmest Chord’s first release (W1) is entitled Evertide – an EP from current flavour of the month Wild Nothing which is accompanied by artwork designed by the formidable Franz Vesolt. The limited edition package includes a stunning dual- image phosphorescent A3 screenprint (on matte blue paper with metallic silver ink and glow in the dark green paint) and an immediate download of the never-before-released 3 track EP.
Visit the new Warmest Chord website for more details on the release, or head straight to bandcamp where you can either purchase the Wild Nothing tracks indiviually or coupled with the artwork. Note: “Take Me In”, the third track from Evertide is only available with the purchase of the screenprint.
