Jeff Tweedy and co have got in on the April Fools gags, “announcing” a new Wilco album of children’s music.
As Pitchfork note, the Chicago band tweeted that they’re set to release Yankee Doodle Foxtrot, a pun on their classic album Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, on 4 July.
They say the alleged LP will be the “first ever album of ‘deconstructed-yet-patriotic’ children’s music”. That’s the supposed artwork above.
