We Are The City stream debut album Violent exclusively on Best Fit
Canadian art-rock trio We Are The City are streaming their debut long-player exclusively on Best Fit ahead of its release next month.
The band, all avid directors and film makers, have provided a kind of curated visualiser for the LP, fusing their jagged post-punk and top pop vibes with meticulously designed short movies. We recommend cranking the volume up, full screening the clips, and absorbing the wonders within.
Violent is tinged with swirling psych, pristine chart-worthy hooks and dreamy atmospherics, and their Bowie and Mew inspirations can be easily gleaned.
We Are The City are set to release their debut long-player Violent on 27 April via Sinnbus.
