U.S satirical late-night show, The Colbert Report launched its Christmas Carols Week on Monday, playing host to none other than The National.

The Brooklyn band’s Matt Berninger and Aaron and Bryce Dessner teamed up with the show’s host, Stephen Colbert, plus country singer Gregg Allman for a rendition of “Silver Bells”.
