Watch Nick Cave play H.G. Wells in trailer for new film The Electrical Life of Louis Wain
The trailer for Benedict Cumberbatch's new film The Electrical Life of Louis Wain has been released, which gives a first glimpse of Nick Cave as author H.G. Wells.
The Electrical Life of Louis Wain, which stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Louis Wain, is based on the English artist of the same name who was best known for his paintings of large-eyed cats and kittens.
Yesterday (23 September) the official trailer landed, and as well as starring Claire Foy, narrator Olivia Colman, Asim Chaudhry and more, the trailer features a very brief glimpse of Nick Cave as sci-fi author H.G. Wells.
Cave's role as H.G. Wells in The Electrical Life of Louis Wain will be his first acting job since playing Mr. Invisible in last year's The Private Death of Lizzy Siddal.
