Watch Morrissey perform three new songs live & abandon show due to stage invasion
Last night saw Morrissey open his North American tour in anticipation of new album World Peace Is None Of Your Business, and it’s safe to say things didn’t go entirely to plan.
As ever with Moz shows, fans flocked to touch the former Smiths frontman during the encore. One fan, however, took things a bit too far and caused something of a ruckus.
TMZ say that Morrissey “attacked by a fan” and “knocked to the ground”, leaving the stage before abandoning the rest of the gig altogether. You can watch a clip of that below.
Elsewhere during the concert, Morrissey previewed three tracks from his upcoming LP, namely “Earth Is The Loneliest Planet”, “The Bullfighter Dies” and the record’s title-track. Footage of those are beneath too.
