When Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis passed in 1980, his former bandmates continued, albeit with a more electronic tinge, as New Order. They often still play Joy Divison classics live, recently recruiting Iggy Pop to perform “Love Will Tear Us Apart” with them live.
The team up took place last night at a Tibetan benefit concert at New York’s Carnegie Hall. You can watch footage of it beneath.
