The Make-A-Wish Foundation has long been making the dreams of children in poor health come true, with one particular child named Taylon having her wish to sing and dance with Beyoncé made a reality.

The pop star uploaded the following clip on Christmas Eve, recorded at her recent concert in Las Vegas. We warn you, it’s not for those with weak tear-ducts.
