Having begun life as the mysterious bedroom project of Atlanta, Georgia based Ernest Greene, Washed Out spent 2009 perfecting his craft through a string of stunning EP’s. Now, finding himself signed to Sub Pop in the US and to Domino imprint Weird World internationally, Greene has a full-length record coming out on 11 July.
The first single to be taken from his debut album Within and Without, ‘Eyes be Closed’ will be released as a 12” on 4 July (ahead of his European tour) accompanied by remixes from Grimes, Star Slinger and Steve Moore.
