Brother/sister twosome Wardell have announced the release of their debut record, Love/Idleness, and are sharing the video for new single "Funny Thing".
Theo and Sasha Spielberg (children of Steven Spielberg, a director you may have heard of) make frothy guitar-pop with a sunny disposition. "Funny Thing" channels the peppy essence of fellow Angelenos HAIM, and through that likeness, Fleetwood Mac, with fluttering riffs and bold crooning soaring through the bluest of skies. It's poised to kickstart your summer - why wait until June?
Wardell will release their debut full-length via Jay Z's Roc Nation on 9 February.
Have a watch of the "Funny Thing" video below.
