Tove Styrke shares new single "YouYouYou"
Tove Styrke has unveiled new single "YouYouYou" as the latest preview of her upcoming fourth album HARD.
"YouYouYou" follows Styrke's March outing "Hardcore", and is accompanied by a Cornelia Wahlberg-directed video.
"It’s the sunrise and the sunset," Styrke explains of the track. "It’s the drama, the romance, the big bang of the album. To me it’s an instant classic and it got all the elements that I love in a big pop song. I love the analog vibes, it almost sounds like the music on a VHS tape that you’ve recorded on over and over."
HARD will follow Styrke's 2018 album Sway, and is due to land in June.
She said of the album in March, "I’m releasing my fourth album - HARD. It’s been in the making for years and I’ve decided it’s time to finish it up now and release it. Life, feelings, bodies. Everything’s hard. I can’t wait to show you this music!"
