
Tom Petty's Wildflowers album to be reissued with unreleased tracks, demos and more
Tom Petty's 1994 album Wildflowers is being reissued this year in a new box set that includes unreleased songs, demos, live versions, and more.
The reissue box set details have been released today (20 August) alongside a home recording of the album title-track "Wildflowers".
Wildflowers & All the Rest is produced by Petty's longtime engineer and co-producer Ryan Ulyate, and was put together by Tom's daughters Adria and Annakim Petty, his wife Dana Petty and his Heartbreakers bandmates Mike Campbell and Benmont Tench.
The reissue box set will feature Wildflowers original tracks, along with a bunch of unreleased songs, demos, home recordings, live performances and alternate versions.
Petty's comprehensive box set will also be released in multiple formats. The largest being the Super Deluxe Edition, which includes five CDs, nine LPs, and an introduction written by legendary producer Rick Rubin.
