Tom Morello 'to play London student march'
Los Angeles leftist legend Tom Morello is reportedly set to play a free show this Wednesday in solidarity with student marchers.
According to organisers the Rage Against The Machine guitarist, who plays solo as The Nightwatchman, will appear in Moorgate during the afternoon.
Wednesday will see tens of thousands of students march on the City of London to fight against cuts to education, rising fees, privatisation, and the scrapping of the Education Maintenance Allowance.
Meanwhile electricians will march against swingeing pay cuts, and taxi drivers will demonstrate on a range of issues including restricted road access during the Olympics.
