Tim Hecker streams new album, Virgins

Canadian experimental musician, Tim Hecker has revealed his upcoming seventh full-length release, airing it online in full a week prior to its release.
Following on from 2011′s Ravedeath, 1972, the new effort – entitled Virgins - will drop on 14 October via Kranky. A press release says it was “recorded during three periods in 2012, mostly in Reykjavik, Montreal and Seattle, using ensembles in live performance”.
