Tim Burgess shares new song 'A Case For Vinyl'
Tim Burgess, the Peter Pan of UK indie returns next month with his second solo outing away from The Charlatans’ warm bosom. Oh No I Love You, a collaborative effort with Lambchop’s Kurt Wagner, sees Burgess continue dabbling with the country-soul sound first heard on 2003′s I Believe, whilst a move from the Californian desert to country music capital Nashville has produced a more ‘down-home’ feel in both song-writing and production.
Listen to the slow burner ‘A Case For Vinyl’ below which Burgess describes as “looking at a relationship like a record collection – whatever happens, the records are kind of there as you left them but the order they’re in can give away what’s happening emotionally”.
