Ticket touts are trying to sell free tickets to Nipsey Hussle's memorial for $500
Free tickets to Nipsey Hussle's memorial in LA are being re-sold for as much as $500 by ticket touts.
AXS, who provided the free tickets for the event tomorrow (11 April), revealed to TMZ that they had sold out the event within minutes of making them public.
Tickets were then appearing on sites such as Craigslist and eBay for as much as $500 (£382). AXS reportedly confirmed that they were working to remove all adverts selling tickets on secondary sites, by revealing the tickets are non-transferrable.
Nipsey Hussle was shot and killed aged 33 outside his clothing store in LA last month. Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and many other paid tribute.
Details of the Grammy-nominated rapper's memorial emerged on his Instagram with an image of the rapper in a white suit with wings. The caption reads, "Join Us for the Celebration of the Life & Legacy of Nipsey Hussle." The memorial service will take place at LA's Staples Center.
