"Three Lions" is coming home as it's predicted to re-enter the UK charts
The World Cup rages on, and for once England are still in the tournament. The iconic "Three Lions" track is about to grace the UK charts once again as we face Sweden in the quarter-finals.
The iconic The Lightning Seeds & Baddiel and Skinner football anthem first arrived in 1996 for the European Championships, and reached number one twice already, returning to the top spot in 1998 for the World Cup.
20 years later and England are racing through the tournament to arrive at the quarter-finals against Sweden.
The odds for the track to reach number one again this summer sit at 11/10.
The UK Official Charts are predicting the song re-entering the music charts as football lovers around the UK unite in chanting the track to keep morale high.
