Third Man Records to release new White Stripes live album, demos & more
Jack White’s increasingly-productive Third Man Records imprint is set to release a flurry of rare White Stripes offerings this year.
The band’s classic album Elephant turns 10 years of age this month and will be marked with this anniversary outing, which includes 26-song double-LP live album will be released in the form of Nine Miles From the White City, which was recorded live in Chicago.
The label’s Vault subscription series will also put out a 7″ of demos from Elephant, along with a photo book of the recording session compiled by David Swanson.
The live album will be pressed on both red and white 12″ vinyl, while the demo short-player will come as a red vinyl 7″. The entire bundle is only available to Vault subscribers, which you can sign up to here. The former will look like the below:
