These New Puritans release video for 'Fragment Two'
Art-rockers These New Puritans have debuted the darkly cinematic video for ‘Fragment Two,’ the first track we heard from new album Field of Reeds.
The video consists of a single panning shot that takes in an ashen, volcanic landscape, and ends looking out over a sprawling cityscape lit up by night, as band members and musicians alternately interpolate the sonic textures of the song.
‘Fragment Two’ is directed by Sydney-born artist and film-maker Daniel Askill, with whom the band worked on their video for We Want War, the first single from 2010′s Hidden.
