The xx have shared a second mysterious teaser on Spotify - is it really a signal of their impending return?
As with the first one last week, we're assuming it is the moody trio - the lack of artist name, track title, and artwork makes it a tad difficult to decipher, but it sure sounds like them and it's been released by their label, Young Turks. This latest snippet of sound actually features vocals, albeit heavily warped ones.
The xx are set to play a string of dates in Europe, plus one in Japan, beginning later this month in Croatia. Next year their headline a bunch of festivals in South America. Find out more about their upcoming shows.
The xx's most recent album, Coexist, was released in 2012.
