California’s Coachella festival kicked off in style this weekend, with one particular highlight to those there and the many more streaming online at home being this collaboration between The xx and Solange for a surprise cover of late queen of R&B, Aaliyah.
The two acts teamed up during The xx’s set, which you can see in its entirity below. The cover of ‘Hot Like Fire’ comes at the 20 min mark.
