The Whitest Boy Alive announce split
Berlin-based dance-poppers The Whitest Boy Alive have confirmed they’re no more, issuing a statement on their break-up online.
The band, led by Erlend Øye of Kings of Convenience, formed in 2003 and released two albums in total (2006’s Dreams and 2009’s Rules). “The Rules we made for ourself became a Golden Cage. Thanks for all the support and love we have received during the years,” they wrote on Facebook.
