R&B smoothster The Weeknd made some surprise appearances in the capital this weekend with none other than Flying Lotus.
After Bloc.’s unfortunate early doors Friday night and full cancellation the day after, there was a whole host of acts left in London with nothing to do.
Instead of twiddling thumbs in a Holiday Inn, many decided to set up alternative shows. Jacques Greene, Actress, Kode9 and more played Peckham Palais, while Hyperdub put on Factory Floor and Oneohtrix Point Never at XOYO.
But that wasn’t all, The Weeknd decided to pop in to both with LA producer Flying Lotus.
