The Weeknd, AlunaGeorge, Savages and more have been announced among the longlist for the BBC Sound of 2013 poll.
The annual list heralds the big names in new music and is voted for by the UK’s top journalists, broadcasters, tastemakers and bloggers.
Last year’s winner Michael Kiwanuka joined the likes of Jessie J and Adele in having topped the list.
The likes of Angel Haze, HAIM and King Krule also feature in this year’s list.
